The people of Noah accused the apostles of lies. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we accept you even though it is the meanest of people who follow you?" 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain warner. 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
