۞ Allah is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Competent. 54 And at the time when the hour shall come, the guilty shall swear (that) they did not tarry but an hour; thus are they ever turned away. 55 But those to whom knowledge and faith are given will say: The truth is, ye have tarried, by Allah's decree, until the Day of Resurrection. This is the Day of Resurrection, but ye used not to know. 56 So on that Day their pleas shall be of no avail, nor will they be allowed to make amends. 57 AND, INDEED, We have propounded unto men all kinds of parables in this Qur'an. But thus it is: if thou approach them with any [such] message, those who are bent on denying the truth are sure to say: "You are but making false claims!" 58 Thus does God seal the hearts of those who do not know. 59 Be patient. The promise of God is certainly true. Let not the faithless make you despair of the promise of God. 60
