Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the heavens are rent asunder, 1 when the planets are scattered, 2 when the seas are made to burst forth, 3 and when the graves are laid open: 4 (Then) shall each soul know what it hath sent forward and (what it hath) kept back. 5 O man! What is it that lures you away from your bountiful Sustainer, 6 Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you? 7 In whatever Form He wills, does He put thee together. 8 Even then you deny the Judgement. 9 And indeed there are some guardians over you. 10 noble, writers 11 who know whatever you do. 12 Verily the pious shall be in Delight. 13 and the wicked shall be in the Blazing Fire. 14 which they will enter on the Day of Judgment 15 And they shall by no means be absent from it. 16 And what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? 17 Again, what shall make thee know whatsoever the Day of Requital is? 18 It is the Day when no one shall have the power to do anything for another, and all command shall be Allah's. 19
