Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up thy heart, 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
