Evidence (of the truth) for them is how We revived the dead earth 33 And We have placed in it gardens of dates and grapes, and We have made springs of water in it. 34 so that they may eat its fruit, though it was not their hands that made this. Will they not then be grateful? 35 Glory be to Him Who created all the sexual pairs, of that which the earth groweth, and of themselves, and of that which they know not! 36 And a sign unto them is the night. We draw off the day therefrom, and lo! they are darkened. 37 And the sun runneth to its appointed term: that is the disposition of the Mighty, the Knowing. 38 We have appointed stages for the moon till it returns in the shape of a dry old branch of palm-tree. 39 how the sun is not supposed to catch-up with the moon, nor is the night to precede the day. All of them are to float in a certain orbit; 40 And a sign for them is that We carried their offspring in the laden Ark (of Noah). 41 And We have created for them of the like thereunto, so on them they ride. 42 and if We will, We drown them, then none have they to cry to, neither are they delivered, 43 Except as a mercy from Us and provision for a time. 44 When it is said to them: 'Have fear of that which is before you and behind you in order that you find mercy' 45 Indeed, not one of your Lord's signs comes to them without their turning away from it, 46 And when it is said to them: Spend out of what Allah has given you, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Shall we feed him whom, if Allah please, He could feed? You are in naught but clear error. 47 And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful? 48 They are awaiting only for one Cry to seize them while they are yet disputing, 49 and they will not even be able to make a testament, nor to return to their households. 50
