The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
