THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 and at night. Do you still not understand? 138
