Surely the state of triumph awaits the God-fearing: 31 Gardens enclosed and vineyards, 32 and young maidens of equal age, 33 And a full cup (of wine). 34 There they shall not hear any idle talk, or any untruth: 35 for a recompense from thy Lord, a gift, a reckoning, 36 [a reward from] the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Most Gracious! [And] none shall have it in their power to raise their voices unto Him 37 Upon the day when the Spirit and the angels stand in ranks they shall speak not, save him to whom the All-merciful has given leave, and who speaks aright. 38 That Day is sure to come. So let him who will seek a resort with his Lord. 39 Lo! We warn you of a chastisement near at hand; the Day when a man will look on what his own hands have sent forth, and the unbelievers shall say: “Oh would that I were utter dust.” 40
