۞ People, it is you who are in need of Allah. He is the Rich, the Praised. 15 If He wills, He can take you away and bring other creatures. 16 And this is not hard to Allah. 17 No laden soul shall bear another's load. If one is heavy burdened and calls for his load to be carried, nothing of it will be carried, not even if he is a close relative. You warn only those who fear their Lord in the Unseen, and establish the prayer. He who purifies himself, purifies himself for the good of his own soul. To Allah is the arrival. 18 Equal are not the blind and those who can see, 19 Nor darkness and light, 20 And neither are the shadow and the hot sunshine! 21 Neither are the living and the dead alike. Surely Allah makes whom He pleases hear, and you cannot make those hear who are in the graves. 22 You are only a bearer of warnings. 23 Verily We! We have sent thee with the truth, as a bearer of glad tidings and as a warner; and there is not a community but there hath passed among them a warner. 24 And if they belie thee, then surely those before them have also belied. Their apostles came unto them with evidences and scriptures and a Book luminous. 25 but in the end I seized those who were bent on denying the truth and how terrible was My punishment. 26
