Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Qaf. I swear by the glorious Quran (that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah) 1 Nay, they wonder that there has come to them a warner (Muhammad SAW) from among themselves. So the disbelievers say: "This is a strange thing! 2 When we are dead and turned to dust, this returning (to life) is most far-fetched." 3 We know what the earth consumes of them, for We have the Book that preserves everything. 4 In fact, they have rejected the truth that has come to them, thus, they live in confusion. 5 What, have they not beheld heaven above them, how We have built it, and decked it out fair, and it has no cracks? 6 We stretched the earth and placed upon it firm stabilisers and We made every kind of splendid thing to grow upon it 7 A vision and a reminder for every penitent slave. 8 And We send down blessed water (rain) from the sky, then We produce therewith gardens and grain (every kind of harvests) that are reaped. 9 And the tall palm-trees having spadices closely set one above another, 10 As provision for the servants, and We have given life thereby to a dead land. Thus is the resurrection. 11 The people of Noah, Ar-Rass and Thamud denied before you, 12 And Ad and Firon and Lut's brethren, 13 And the dwellers of the Wood and people of Tubba'. Each of them denied the apostles. So My threat became a reality. 14 Were We then fatigued with the first creation? Yet are they in doubt with regard to a new creation. 15
