Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

۞ (Muhammad), have We not comforted your heart, 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
