We have made constellations in the sky and decorated them for the onlookers. 16 and guarded them from every accursed Satan 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth! We have stretched it out and have cast thereon mountains firm, and We have caused to spring up thereon everything weighed. 19 And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible. 20 For, no single thing exists that does not have its source with Us; and nought do We bestow from on high unless it be in accordance with a measure well-defined. 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
