۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 [ALL OF YOU are destined to die.] Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
