The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
