Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Certainly the news of the calamity that will overwhelm has come to you! 1 Faces on that day humbled, 2 Labouring (hard), weary,- 3 about to enter a glowing fire, 4 They will be given drink from a boiling spring. 5 They will have no food except bitter thorn, 6 unfattening, unappeasing hunger. 7 In that day other faces will be calm, 8 Glad for their effort past, 9 In an elevated garden, 10 wherein they shall hear no vain talk. 11 In it is a flowing spring. 12 raised couches, 13 and goblets placed ready, 14 cushions ranged, 15 And silken carpets spread. 16 Then do they not look at the camels - how they are created? 17 and on the sky, how it is raised aloft, 18 how the mountains were hoisted, 19 And at the earth, how it is spread out? 20 Then remind them! Thou art only a reminder; 21 Thou art not one to manage (men's) affairs. 22 However, he who turns away and disbelieves - 23 Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment. 24 Truly, to Us is their return; 25 Ours is surely then to reckon with them. 26
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
تشير بداية ونهاية كل سورة الى السور المنزلة قبلها و بعدها. يمكنك الضغط على أي منها للذهاب إليها.
The beginning and end of every Surah mention the Surahs sent down before and after. You can click or tap on either one to go there.
اقرأ القرآن الكريم كله ملونا بالكامل، حيث تولد ألوان وأشكال الصفحات بشكل عشوائي تماما بحيث لا يتكرر التركيب نفسه مرتين.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color, where pages randomly generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice.
