Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 'Enter you them, in peace and security!' 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 "No sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave it." 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 Tell them of Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered upon him, they said, Peace. He said: Surely we are afraid of you. 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 Abraham said: "What, do you give me this tiding though old age has smitten me? Just consider what tiding do you give me!" 54 give me good tidings?' They said, 'We give thee good tidings of truth. Be not of those that despair.' 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin, 58 Except for Lot's household, all of whom we shall rescue, 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60
