Aye! ye are a people trespassing. 166 They said, "If you do not desist, Lot, you will surely be banished." 167 He said, 'Truly I am a detester of what you do. 168 My Lord, save me and my family from [the consequence of] what they do." 169 So We delivered him and his followers all, 170 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 171 Then afterward We destroyed the others. 172 And We showered a rain upon them; so what a wretched rain for those who were warned! 173 Surely, in that there is a sign. Yet most of them do not believe. 174 And indeed your Lord only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 175
