Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And what you do not see 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
