The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
