The deniers of the Truth say: “Do not give ear to the Qur'an and cause interruption when it is recited; thus perhaps you will gain the upper hand.” 26 So We will indeed make the disbelievers taste the severe punishment, and indeed We will repay them for their worst deeds. 27 This is the recompense of Allah’s enemies – the fire; they have to stay in it forever; the penalty for denying Our signs. 28 The unbelievers will say: 'Lord, show us the jinn and people who led us astray, to put them under our feet so that they are among the lowest' 29 Lo! those who say: Our Lord is Allah, and afterward are upright, the angels descend upon them, saying: Fear not nor grieve, but hear good tidings of the paradise which ye are promised. 30 We are your guardians in this world and in the life to come, where you will have whatever you call for, 31 As accommodation from a [Lord who is] Forgiving and Merciful." 32
