And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
