And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority 96 to Pharaoh and his Council. But they followed the command of Pharaoh, and Pharaoh's command was not right minded. 97 He shall stand at the head of his people on the Day of Resurrection, and shall lead them into the Fire. Evil is the place to which they shall be led. 98 They were pursued by a curse in this (deceiving life of this world) and (so they will be pursued by a curse) on the Day of Resurrection. How bad is the curse (in this world) pursued by another curse (in the Hereafter). 99 These are some of the stories of communities which We relate unto thee: of them some are standing, and some have been mown down (by the sickle of time). 100 And We did not oppress them at all, but it is they who wronged themselves – therefore their deities, whom they worshipped other than Allah, did not in the least benefit them when your Lord’s command came; and due to them, they increased nothing but ruin. 101 And thus is the seizure of your Lord when He seizes the cities while they are committing wrong. Indeed, His seizure is painful and severe. 102 Verily herein is a sign unto him who feareth the torment of the Hereafter. That is a Day whereon mankind shall be gathered together, and that is a Day to be witnessed. 103 Nor shall We delay it but for a term appointed. 104 On the day when it cometh no soul will speak except by His permission; some among them will be wretched, (others) glad. 105 So as to those who are unhappy, they shall be in the fire; for them shall be sighing and groaning in it: 106 Abiding there so long as the heavens and the earth endure save for that which thy Lord willeth. Lo! thy Lord is Doer of what He will. 107 ۞ As for the happy, they shall live in Paradise for ever, as long as the heavens and the earth endure, and as your Lord wills an unbroken gift. 108 So be not thou in doubt concerning that which these (folk) worship. They worship only as their fathers worshipped aforetime. Lo! we shall pay them their whole due unabated. 109

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
