The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the Verses of the manifest Book [this Quran, which was promised by Allah in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), makes things clear]. 2 Perhaps you consume yourself that they are not believers. 3 Had We so willed, We could have sent down unto them a message from the skies, so that their necks would [be forced to] bow down before it in humility. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 They will soon come to know the truth of that which they have been scoffing at. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 9
