The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

WOE unto every slanderer, fault-finder! 1 Who amasses wealth and considers it a provision (against mishap); 2 Does he think his wealth will abide for ever with him? 3 By no means. He will be thrown into Hutama. 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 (It is) the fire of Allah, kindled, 6 the Fire that shall rise to the hearts (of criminals). 7 (And) vaults them over 8 in columns outstretched. 9

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.

There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
