And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, no unthankfulness shall befall his endeavour; We Ourselves write it down for him. 94 Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom We have ever destroyed that they [were people who] would never turn back [from their sinful ways] 95 till Gog and Magog are let loose and slide down out of every slope; 96 and nigh has drawn the true promise, and behold, the eyes of the unbelievers staring: 'Alas for us! We were heedless of this; 'nay, we were evildoers.' 97 You and what you worship instead of God will be fuel for hell: to it you shall all come -- 98 Had the idols been true lords, they would not have gone to hell. "All of you will live therein forever". 99 There they shall groan with anguish and the din and noise in Hell will not let them hear anything. 100 Lo! those unto whom kindness hath gone forth before from Us, they will be far removed from thence. 101 They will not hear its sound, while they are, in that which their souls desire, abiding eternally. 102 The great Horror [of the Day of Judgement] shall not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, saying, "This is your Day which you have been promised." 103 The Day that We roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed),- even as We produced the first creation, so shall We produce a new one: a promise We have undertaken: truly shall We fulfil it. 104 And indeed We have written in Zabur (Psalms) [i.e. all the revealed Holy Books the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Quran] after (We have already written in) Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (the Book, that is in the heaven with Allah), that My righteous slaves shall inherit the land (i.e. the land of Paradise). 105 Lo! there is a plain statement for folk who are devout. 106 We have sent you as a benevolence to the creatures of the world. 107 Say: "This is what has been revealed to me: 'Your God is one and only God.' So will you bow in homage to Him?" 108 But if they turn away, then say, "I have announced to [all of] you equally. And I know not whether near or far is that which you are promised. 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 I know not; haply it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time. 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge Thou with truth! And our Lord is the All-merciful; His succour is ever to be sought against that you describe.' 112
