۞ O mankind! Ye are the poor in your relation to Allah. And Allah! He is the Absolute, the Owner of Praise. 15 He could take you away if He pleased and bring a new creation (in your place). 16 And with Allah that shall not be hard. 17 And a bearer of burthen will not bear another's burthen, and if one heavy-laden calleth for his load, naught thereof will be borne although he be of kin. Thou canst warn only those who fear their Lord, unseen, and establish prayer. And whosoever becometh clean becometh clean only for himself; and unto Allah is the return. 18 For [thus it is:] the blind and the seeing are not equal; 19 nor are the depths of darkness and the light; 20 nor shade and heat 21 not equal are the living and the dead. God makes to hear whomsoever He will; thou canst not make those in their tombs to hear - 22 You are only a bearer of warnings. 23 Verily We have sent thee in truth, as a bearer of glad tidings, and as a warner: and there never was a people, without a warner having lived among them (in the past). 24 And if they reject thee, so did their predecessors, to whom came their messengers with Clear Signs, Books of dark prophecies, and the Book of Enlightenment. 25 then I seized the unbelievers, and how was My horror! 26
