Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
