We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 Or at night. Then how is it you do not understand? 138
