Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 As does boiling water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 Surely this is what you disputed about. 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 We have made the Quran easy for you to recite so that perhaps they may take heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
