And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, no unthankfulness shall befall his endeavour; We Ourselves write it down for him. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 but when Gog and Magog are let loose and swarm down from every hillside and they spread out, [leaping across every barrier of land and sea], 96 when the true promise draws near; the eyes of the unbelievers will stare (and they will say): 'Alas for us! Of this we have been heedless. We have been harmdoers' 97 Surely you and what you worship besides Allah are the firewood of hell; to it you shall come. 98 if those had really been deities, they would not have been led there; but there they will remain forever. 99 there shall be sighing for them therein, and naught they shall hear. 100 Indeed, those for whom the best [reward] has preceded from Us - they are from it far removed. 101 They shall not hear the slightest sound of it (Hell), while they abide in that which their ownselves desire. 102 The greatest fear will not aggrieve them, and the angels will welcome them; saying “This is your day, which you were promised.” 103 On that Day, We shall roll up the heaven like a written scroll is rolled. As We originated the first creation, so will We bring it back again. This is a binding promise on Us which We shall assuredly fulfill. 104 And assuredly We have prescribed in the Scripture after the admonition, that: the land! there shall inherit it My bondmen righteous. 105 Most surely in this is a message to a people who serve 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say: It is only inspired in me that your Allah is One Allah. Will ye then surrender (unto Him)? 108 If they turn away, tell them: "I have warned you all alike. I do not know if what has been promised you is near or far away. 109 Verily He knoweth that which is public in speech, and He knoweth that which ye hide. 110 I know not; haply it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time. 111 The Messenger said: "My Lord! Judge with truth. Our Compassionate Lord alone is our support against your (blasphemous) utterances." 112
