T H (Taa Haa)
135 verses, revealed in Mecca after Mary (Maryam) before The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta-Ha. 1 We have not sent down the Qur'an to thee to be (an occasion) for thy distress, 2 But only as an admonition unto him who feareth. 3 It is a sending down from Him who has created the earth, and the high heavens, 4 The Beneficent Allah is firm in power. 5 To Him belongs what is in the heavens and on earth, and all between them, and all beneath the soil. 6 Whether you speak out aloud (or in a low voice), He knows what is said secretly, and even that which is most hidden. 7 Allah! La ilahla illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He)! To Him belong the Best Names. 8 Has the story of Moses reached you? 9 When he saw the fire, he said to his family, "Wait here for I can see a fire. Perhaps I shall bring you a burning torch or find a way to some fire". 10 When he approached it, a voice called out: 11 I am your Lord! Take off your sandals, for you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa. 12 I Myself have chosen you; therefore, give ear to what is revealed. 13 “Indeed it is Me, Allah there is no God except I therefore worship Me and keep the prayer established for My remembrance.” 14 The Hour is coming. But I choose to keep it hidden, so that every human being may be recompensed in accordance with his labours. 15 Do not let anyone who does not believe in it and follows his own desires turn you away from it and so bring you to ruin." 16 "Now, what is this in thy right hand, O Moses?" 17 "It's my staff," he answered; "I lean on it, and fell leaves for my goats with it, and I have other uses for it." 18 (Allah) said: "Cast it down, O Musa (Moses)!" 19 and he cast it down, and behold it was a serpent sliding. 20 Allah said:"Grasp it, and fear not, We shall return it to its former state, 21 And draw in your hand to your side; it will come out white without disease - another sign, 22 We shall show you some of Our greatest signs. 23 Go to the Pharaoh; he has become a rebel." 24

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
