And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 And We have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers. 20 And there is not a thing the treasure* of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.) 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 Lo! and it is We, even We, Who quicken and give death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 And indeed We know those among you who came forward and indeed We know those among you who remained behind. 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25
