Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I pray unto Allah only, and ascribe unto Him no partner. 20 Say: 'Surely I possess no power over you, either for hurt or for rectitude.' 21 Say: "Verily, no one could ever protect me from God, nor could I ever find a place to hide from Him 22 But [I have for you] only notification from Allah, and His messages." And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger - then indeed, for him is the fire of Hell; they will abide therein forever. 23 Until when they see what they are threatened with, then shall they know who is weaker in helpers and fewer in number. 24 Say: 'I do not know whether that which you are promised is nigh, or whether my Lord will appoint for it a space; 25 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen, and He revealeth unto none His secret, 26 Except to him whom He chooses as an apostle; for surely He makes a guard to march before him and after him, 27 So that He may know that they have truly delivered the messages of their Lord, and He encompasses what is with them and He records the number of all things. 28
