۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 and they have enraged us, 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 But they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
