What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 high above? 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
