O children of Israel, remember the favours I bestowed on you. So keep your pledge to Me, and I will mine to you, and be fearful of Me, 40 And believe in that which I reveal, confirming that which ye possess already (of the Scripture), and be not first to disbelieve therein, and part not with My revelations for a trifling price, and keep your duty unto Me. 41 And do not confound the truth with vanity, and do not conceal the truth wittingly. 42 Establish your prayers, pay the obligatory charity, and bow with those who bow. 43 ۞ Will you enjoin good deeds on the others and forget your own selves? You also read the Scriptures, why do you then not understand? 44 Seek you help in patience and prayer, for grievous it is, save to the humble 45 who know with certainty that they shall meet their Sustainer and that unto Him they shall return. 46
