Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And removed from you your burden, 2 that weighed down your back? 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
