Say thou; my Lord! if Thou wilt shew me that wherewith they are threatened. 93 O my Lord, put me not among the people of the evildoers.' 94 And most surely We are well able to make you see what We threaten them with. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best Aware of that which they allege. 96 and say, "My Lord, I seek refuge with You from the prompting of the devils. 97 I seek refuge with You, Lord, lest they should come near me." 98 Until, when death comes to one of them (those who join partners with Allah), he says: "My Lord! Send me back, 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 Then, when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Therefore the ones whose scales prove heavy – they are the successful. 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 Their faces will be scorched by flames, and they will grin and scowl within it. 104 "Were not My Signs rehearsed to you, and ye did but treat them as falsehood?" 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He will say, "Remain despised therein and do not speak to Me. 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 "You mocked and laughed at them until you forgot all about Me. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this day forasmuch as they were steadfast in that they, even they, are the triumphant. 111 He will ask, "How many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say: Ye tarried but a little if ye only knew. 114 Do you think We created you for nothing, and that you will not return to Us?" 115 Then, exalted be God, the true King, there is no deity except Him, the Lord of the Glorious Throne. 116 If anyone invokes, besides Allah, Any other god, he has no authority therefor; and his reckoning will be only with his Lord! and verily the Unbelievers will fail to win through! 117 And say (O Muhammad SAW): "My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
