The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ TaSeenMeem. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 Had We so willed, We could have sent down unto them a message from the skies, so that their necks would [be forced to] bow down before it in humility. 4 But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (Allah) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 Verily therein is a sign; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
