Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That they should ascribe unto the Compassionate a son. 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
