Hizb 46
< random >
Verily Jonah is one of the apostles. 139 He fled to the overloaded ship. 140 cast lots, and was among the losers. 141 So the whale swallowed him, for he was blameworthy, 142 Had he not glorified God, 143 he would have tarried in its belly until the day they shall be raised; 144 ۞ but We cast him upon the wilderness, and he was sick, 145 and We caused to grow over him a tree of gourds. 146 Then We sent him unto a hundred thousand, or more, 147 and they believed. So We let them enjoy life for a while. 148 Now ask them their opinion: Is it that thy Lord has (only) daughters, and they have sons?- 149 Or did We make the angels females, and they witnessed it? 150 Lo! verily it is of their falsehood that they say: 151 Allah has begotten; and most surely they are liars. 152 Has He chosen daughters in preference to sons? 153 What aileth you? How judge ye? 154 What, and will you not remember? 155 Or have you, perchance, a clear evidence [for your assertions]? 156 Then bring your book, if you are truthful. 157 And they have invented a blood-relationship between Him and the Jinns: but the Jinns know (quite well) that they have indeed to appear (before his Judgment-Seat)! 158 Hallowed be Allah from that which they ascribe to Him. 159 But not so the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 160 So you and your deities 161 Not against Him can you cause (any) to fall into trial, 162 unless it be such as rushes towards the blazing fire [of his own accord]! 163 [All forces of nature praise God and say:] "Among us, too, there is none but has a place assigned to it [by Him]; 164 Verily we range ourselves in rows (as humble servants) 165 And we are most surely they who declare the glory (of Allah). 166 They say, 167 "If only we had had before us a Message from those of old, 168 “We would certainly be the chosen bondmen of Allah.” 169 But (now that the Qur'an has come), they reject it: But soon will they know! 170 Our Word had already preceded Our worshipers, the Messengers, 171 That undoubtedly, only they will be helped. 172 And that Our hosts, they verily would be the victors. 173 So you ignore them for a time 174 See them and soon they shall see. 175 What, do they seek to hasten Our punishment? 176 When that chastisement will descend upon their courtyard, evil shall that Day be for those who had been warned. 177 So turn away from them for a time 178 And watch; they will come to know soon. 179 Purity is to your Lord, the Lord of Honour, from all what they say. 180 And peace be unto those sent (to warn). 181 And all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. 182
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat). Sent down in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
عند قراءة القرآن الملون على الأجهزة المحمولة أو الأجهزة اللوحية، يمكنك تدوير الشاشة لتكبير النص أو تصغيره.
When reading ColorfulQuran.com on mobile or tablet devices, you may rotate the screen to enlarge or reduce the script.
اقرأ القرآن الكريم كله ملونا بالكامل، حيث تولد ألوان وأشكال الصفحات بشكل عشوائي تماما بحيث لا يتكرر التركيب نفسه مرتين.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color, where pages randomly generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice.
