۞ Ta Sin! These are the verses of the Quran and the Book that makes (things) clear 1 A guide: and glad tidings for the believers,- 2 Who establish prayer and give zakah, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith]. 3 We have made those who do not believe in the Hereafter feel their actions appear good to them, so they wander blindly: 4 It is they for whom a grievous chastisement lies in store; it is they who shall be the greatest losers in the Hereafter. 5 But [as for thee, O believer,] verily, thou hast received this Qur'an out of the grace of One who is wise, all-knowing. 6 When Moses said to his household: 'Indeed, I can see a fire far away. I will go and bring you news of it or I will bring you a lighted flame so that you can warm yourselves' 7 So when he came to it a voice was uttered saying: Blessed is Whoever is in the fire and whatever is about it; and glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; 8 O Musa! surely I am Allah, the Mighty, the Wise; 9 [And then He said:] "Now throw down thy staff!" But when he saw it move rapidly, as if it were a serpent, he drew back [in terror,] and did not [dare to] return. [And God spoke to him again:] O Moses! Fear not - for, behold, no fear need the message-bearers have in My Presence, 10 Except those who do some wrong but afterwards do good to make up for the wrong. And I am forgiving and merciful. 11 "And put your hand into your bosom, it will come forth white without hurt. (These are) among the nine signs (you will take) to Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and his people, they are a people who are the Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah). 12 When Our miracles were visibly shown to them, they said, "It is plain magic". 13 And they denied them – whereas in their hearts they were certain of them – due to injustice and pride; therefore see what sort of fate befell the mischievous! 14
