The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 Who will burn in the terrible Fire, 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 To happiness [in the life to come] will indeed attain he who attains to purity [in this world,] 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
