Noah said: 'My Lord, they have rebelled against me and followed he whose wealth and offspring increase him only in loss, 21 "And they have devised a tremendous Plot. 22 And they have said: Forsake not your gods. Forsake not Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr. 23 And already they have misled many. And, [my Lord], do not increase the wrongdoers except in error." 24 So because of their sins they were drowned and admitted into the Fire. They found none to help them other than Allah. 25 And Nuh said: my Lord! leave not upon the earth of the infidels one inhabitant. 26 Indeed, if You leave them, they will mislead Your servants and not beget except [every] wicked one and [confirmed] disbeliever. 27 My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house as a believer, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin! 28

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
