The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the crash? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But as for one whose scales are light, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 A burning fire. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
