The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful 1

[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds - 2 The Compassionate, the Merciful. 3 the Master of the Day of Doom. 4 Thee only we serve; to Thee alone we pray for succour. 5 Direct us on to the Straight Way, 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
