The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 [But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it: 5 Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at. 6 Do they not see the earth, how We grow all kinds of noble things upon it? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
