The people of Nooh denied the Noble Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 I ask no payment from you for my preaching. The Lord of the Universe will give me my reward. 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 Hence, I shall not drive away [any of] those [who profess to be] believers; 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 "Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the Believers who are with me." 118 And so We saved him and those [who were] with him in the fully-laden ark, 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
