[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 And He made dark its night, and brought forth its sunshine. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
