Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and let thy Lord be thy Quest. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
